Music created with fire and anvil. Metal Moves perform unique music with a deep energy and feel, percussion music that is something unto itself. All the instruments and musical sculptures are forged by hand by percussionist, sculptor and bronze/blacksmith Steve Hubback who has invented an amazing collection of gong and cymbal sculptures, a multitude of one off percussion sculptures and mobiles, Iron Mountain Horns, resonating steel sculptures and harps.
Steve Hubback and Bertus Fridael return with the third release from Metal Moves on FMR, where they continue to explore their ever expanding sound pallette of Hubbacks spellbinding sound sculptures. Always a unique experience ‘Illuminator II’ is not to be missed!!
